The track Yeh Fugly Fugly Kya Hai also features cast of the movie Mohit Marwah, Vijender Singh, Kiara Advani and Arfi Lamba tyring to look cool and happening but then your attention is only drawn towards Salman and Akshay.
The song, which is also the title track of Fugly has been voiced by current sensation, rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh.
The video shows Akshay Kumar mouthing the main rap lyrics as Salman Khan joins him and both of them perform to some amazing dance moves. During the entire song one cannot make out who is better as both complement each other have a great screen presence; something that’s a give in.
The shooting of this particular track from Fugly came under controversy when it was alleged that Salman Khan was furious with Akshay Kumar for his limited screen presence in the song and had apparently walked out of the shoot mid way. However, the reports proved false, as it emerged that Salman Khan had actually completed the song’s shooting and left.
Oops in all of this one has forgotten to mention that Fugly stars Mohit Marwah, Kiara Advani, Vijender Singh, Arfi Lamba and Jimmy Sheirgill. Fugly is a story of four friends – Dev, Gaurav, Aditya and Devi. Directed by Kabir Sadanand and produced by Grazing Goat Pictures, the movie is slated for release on June 13, 2014.
All said and done, had it not been for Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar this song would have been a totally disaster.
