Akshay Kumar has a blast not only with Kapil Sharma but also with Daadi and Palak. Akshay Kumar made a grand entry came on the sets riding a similar kind of bike which he used in the song Tu Hi Toh Hai in the movie and also set a new fashion trend sporting a casual grey six-pocket pant with a v-neck t-shirt and blazer. He looked dashing and made many women go weak on their knees.
Akshay Kumar impressed his fans with his Karate skills and also tried to teach them to a very excited and star struck Palak.
Talking about his character in the film, Akshay Kumar said: “My character has come on a holiday and then he realizes there are a lot of other problems in the city itself and that is why he is never off duty; that is the whole idea.”
Akshay even mentioned that he is not averse to sex comedies. “If I get a good script, I will also do it. At the end of the day, it`s just a film. It’s just a character that you are following. You do not become a sex maniac or anything as such. Take a film as a film let it be reel not real,” stated the actor who is very upbeat about Holiday.
Following this, a couple of days later, Sonakshi Sinha also shot for an special episode to promote Holiday on the same show. Sonakshi Sinha graced the show, looking stunning in her red and orange jumpsuit.
Like Akshay, Sonakshi too was seen having a gala time on the show interacting with the popular cast and crew of the show, including Ali Asgar, Kiku Sharda, Akshat Singh and of course Kapil Sharma.
Holiday is a remake of 2012 Tamil film Thuppakki and features Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles, while Govinda will be seen in a pivotal role.
Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Holiday is set for a June 06, 2014 release.[/tps_footer]
