After Mrunal Thakur, actress Kajol Srivastava will be seen in the role portrayed by Mrunal. The actress is known for her roles in the serials Mooh Boli Shaadi and Badii Devrani. Kajol who will soon be seen in the shoes of Mrunal’s character will soon start shooting for the same once, the notice period for Mrunal ends.

It is being said that Mrunal decided to step out of the show Kumkum Bhagya because she was not happy with her character being over shadowed by the characters of Pragya and Abhi played by Sriti Jha and Shabbir Ahluwalia. Mrunal’s character of Bulbul was not given as much significance as compared to the stated ones.

Talent bundle Mrunal Thakur was also being considered for the role in the serial Siya Ke Ram, but the makers of the show Kumkum Bhagya did not allow her to take up the serial. Mrunal Thakur was undoubtedly not too pleased with this stand and decided to step out of the serial Kumkum Bhagya.
