Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 10 started with a bang and the show has been a talk of the town since it was announced. The new format of the show has been one of the highlights of Bigg Boss 10 but it looks like, viewers are not impressive with the 10th season yet. The much-talked reality show has failed to maintain its high position on Indian Television as per the ratings of week 43. As per week 43 reports, the TRPs of Bigg boss 10 is decreasing with every upcoming week. Believe it or not, the show has failed to make it to top 10 lists also.
Bigg Boss 10 has managed to stand at 19th position while other television serials of the channel, Naagin 2 and Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki have grabbed no.1 and no.2 post respectively. Surprisingly, the show is losing its TRP and the reason behind it can be the 10:30-time slot. From last season, the makers of the show pushed 9:00PM slot to 10:30 pm, which might be largely responsible for the declining TRPs.
Meanwhile, Star Plus’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya remained constant at number 3 and 4 respectively.
Also, unlike past seasons, the participants in this season have failed to create the much-needed drama and controversies. The show somewhat lackwith the entertainment quotient due to not so happening contestants in the house. Lokesh and Om Swami are the only two who have been able to keep the loyal Bigg Boss fans hooked up to the small screen.
Not just that, Salman Khan as a host, is known for taking cases of the contestants for their wrong doings through out the week. But it looks like he is taking a chill-pill with the contestants and is in no mood to slam them.
Well, the makers of Bigg Boss 10 need to come with better ideas to increase the curiosity level of the show.
