[tps_footer]The red carpet for Star Parivaar Awards 2014 was a star studded affair as it was glittering and glowing with celebs who came to be a part of this annually held television awards. Many noted personalities from the television industry made their presence felt at the red carpet.
The highlight of the evening was but of course Aamir Khan who shocked everyone as he walked in with wife Kiran Rao.
Star Parivaar Awards this year consummated with great fun and amusement. Apart from the eclectic presence of the celebrities who were wonderfully dressed up, a few scintillating performances kept the mood alive at the event.
The Star Parivaar Awards is organized to honour the best of the Star Plus performances every year.
Divyanka Tripathi, Jennifer Winget, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Asha Negi and Rithvik Dhanjani, Tulip Joshi, Raqesh Vashisth and wife Ridhi Dogra, Gautam Rode, Shreyas Talpade, Nakuul Mehta, Disha Parmar, Anita Hassanandani are a few amongst many big television names who graced the event.
The event was dominated by team Yeh Hai Mohabbatein as the show walked away with as many as six awards. While recently launched shows like Ek Hasina Thi and Mahabharat too manage to pick up awards, two of the longer running shows SaraswatiChandra and Veera were completely snubbed.
