India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj, premiered on Zee TV in the year 2004. Sarwar Ahuja and Aditi Sharma, were crowned winners after the first season. The show returned for its second season in 2014.
Parineeti Chopra makes her television debut with Zee TV‘s Cinestar Ki Khoj. She would be joined in by Ayushmann Khurana and Vijay Krishna Acharya.
For the press meet, Parineeti Choprai picked an ivory Varun Bahl dress with metallic Louboutins and a pearl and rose ring from Sapphire.
It was a surreal moment for Ayushmann Khurrana when he was called upon to mentor the contestants in the upcoming season of India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj. He revealed that it was the same show that had rejected him many years ago when he came for an audition.
“It was the spring of 2003 when I auditioned for season one of India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj and I was rejected. I remember in 2003 I was this nerdy looking thin guy with spectacles. I was not six feet tall conventional hero type. But that was ten years back.” Ayushmann said at the press conference to launch the show along with actress Parineeti Chopra and director Vijay Krishna Acharya.
The second season of India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj will go on air on Zee TV from July 05, 2014. Sonali Bandre and Vijay Krishna Acharya would be seen as judges, Ayushmann and Parineeti will mentor the contestants and Hussain Kuwajerwala will be seen as a host.
