[tps_footer]Former couple Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan reunited once again at the trailer launch of their upcoming film ‘Udta Punjab‘. The microblogging site Twitter went abuzz with trolls and memes after Shahid and Kareena shared the same stage after years and the awkwardness between the two was quite visible.

Post the trailer release, Shahid Kapoor was asked the most awaited question that everybody wanted to know from the actor. Shahid was asked if his wife Mira Rajput is pregnant. Shahid Kapoor confirmed the news of his wife Mira Rajput‘s pregnancy during the media interaction session. He said, “Haan main baap banne wala hoon (Yes, I’m going to be a father).”
Wondering how Kareena Kapoor Khan, who was standing with him on the dais reacted like? While Alia Bhatt gave a bright smile, Kareena, was seen smiling and twirling her hair with confused expressions.
Shahid and Kareena were also asked if they are disappointed about not having any scenes together in film Udta Punjab. To which Shahid said, “You are asking if we are happy or not on something that has already been done before.”

Kareena also took the question sportingly and interrupted saying that “DVD of ‘Jab We Met’ is always available.”
Well, when prodded further if this mean they won’t be seen together ever in Jab We Met sequel, Kareena said, “That Imtiaz Ali (director of “Jab We Met”) will say.”
Shahid also replied saying, “If it was to happen then it would have happened earlier. I think Imtiaz Ali has moved on.”
Well, though former couple Shahid and Kareena are in the same film, they have no scenes together, which is quite disappointing for the fans. Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, the thriller is based on drug mafia and the characters of the film will be revolving around the storyline of drug abuse amongst the youth. The film also stars Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh along with Shahid and Kareena in lead roles.[/tps_footer]
