Big relief for Bollywood actor Salman Khan as high court has announced no jail for the actor. For now Salman Khan’s sentence is suspended. The actor has to apply for a fresh bail today again.
Where the entire country was in shock and saddened by the news where Salman Khan was sentenced for five years jail on May 6, the actor is put into big relief now.
Till the High Court does not announce the final hearing, the actor is on bail for now. With Hashtag trending since morning #Salmanbailorjail, Salman’s fans are happy and relieved with the hearing made by Bombay High Court. Salman Khan’s fans celebrate outside his residence just after the good news was announced for the actor.

Salman has been booked under Section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code (rash and negligent driving); 279 (rash driving); 337 (causing minor injuries); 338 (causing major injuries) 427 (negligence) in connection with the case.
Under Motor Vehicle Act Sections 34 (a), (b) read with 181 (driving vehicle in contravention of rules); 185 (driving at great speed after consuming alcohol).
