Kangana Ranaut has been on a high and made headlines post the roaring success of Vikas Bahl‘s Queen, however she didn’t create enough magic for Sai Kabir’s Revolver Rani.
Kangana even declined the film offered by Sujoy Ghosh‘s, Durga Rani Singh for reasons that maybe she had too much on her plate or then she was waiting for a better script.
And now recently, director Reema Kagti has asked Kangana Ranaut to star opposite the Nawab of Pataudi, Saif Ali Khan in her next film.
The last film directed by Reema Kagti, was Aamir Khan, Rani Mukerjee, Kareena Kapoor starrer, Talaash.
Reportedly, after Kangana’s brilliance performance in Queen, the actress is Reema’s first choice and so she met up with the actress for a detailed narration of her next project.
The drama film has a very romantic angle and it seems that Kangana Ranaut is impressed with the script. However, a final call by Kangana will be taken only once the actress returns from New York in the first week of July. If this film works out, it will be the first time she will be seen opposite Saif.”
Kangana Ranaut has a lot on her plate; right from Karan Johar’s Ungli and Sai Kabir’s Divine Lovers opposite Irrfan Khan, to plans about production and direction of an English short film titled The Touch.
