Sudhir Mishra's latest film 'Inkaar' has failed to impress audiences, going by the day 1 box office collections. Starring Arjun Rampal, Chitrangada Singh, this tale of sexual harassment at the workplace has failed to make its mark at the ticketing windows. 'Inkaar' has barely managed to rake in an approximate Rs 1.63 crore) net on its opening day, despite thorough promotions and a steady buzz around the film. The major business was seen in multiplexes in Mumbai and Delhi, with a very poor performance in mass-oriented circuits in the interior regions. In comparison, even last week's release, 'Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola' fared better, with a substantially higher Rs 70 million (7 crore) net on Day 1.
