Priyanka Chopra collapsed on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bansali's Bajirao Mastani recently, while she was in the middle of delivering a four page long monologue. The actor complained of diziness before the cameras rolled on the set, and fainted while delivering her take. She was so weak after the incident that the shoot had to be stopped for six hours, and a doctor was called to appraise her situation. A source from the set reported that everyone present was very scared. Her face was sprinkled with water and thankfully she opened her eyes quickly. He added that for the role, she had to spend four hours in the wardrobe and make-up before the shoot. He concluded saying that this particular scene during which she fainted, took 10 retakes. Add to this the heavy lighting on the sets and the four page long monologue, the process was very physically draining.
