Star Plus has launched the first ever Star Box Office India Awards, an awards ceremony that will recognize achievements of Hindi films at the box office. Attending the event were big names like Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone amongst others. Ali Zafar, according to the reports, will be seen hosting the show along with Ayushmann Khurrana. The Happy New Year team- Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani, Vivaan Shah also came for the awards. Shahid Kapoor carried a huge, bright smile on the red carpet after his grand success of Haider.
