The Bhamla Foundation is constantly making efforts for improving the condition of the environment. They have been on a plantation drive around Bandra since mid-May. Asif Bhamla, the founder of Bhamla Foundation has managed to get many celebrities involved in this initiative. Just recently, Hrithik Roshan joined the initiative. Earlier in the month, actors Sunny Leone, with husband Daniel Weber, Arshad Warsi, Arjun Rampal, Pooja Batra, fashion designer Manish Malhotra and assistant municipal commissioner (H-West ward) Sharad Ughade came together to plant saplings. In this initiative, 1000 trees were planted in a period of 10 days. On World Environment Day, Veteran actor Govinda can be seen at the celebration. Priya Dutt can also be seen talking about importance of the environment.
