MUMBAI: Producer-director Akbar Khan plans to bounce back into the reckoning with the launch of two films in April 2007.
Khan, brother to Feroze and Sanjay Khan, had been lying low due to ill health for some days. His last film Taj Mahal-An Eternal Love Story, released in 2005.
Khan, who made his debut with Haadsa in 1983, says he is now raring to go. “Everyone knows about the historical drama Changez Khan that I have been planning. Because of the facts and figures involved, the script is taking longer. In the interim, there is another script that I have almost completed. This film too is being made on a huge scale. I will have completed the casting for both film and will have a simultaneous launch for them by the end of April,” he says.
