MUMBAI: Filmmaker Akbar Khan who was all set to start his magnum opus Changez Khan will now start a quickie title Taxi Driver, which will be produced and directed by him. What’s more, the producer – director will also be acting in the film.

“I have postponed Changez Khan for sometime because I want to start Taxi Driver before that and want to wrap up the entire shooting in three months’ time,” reveals Akbar Khan.

“The entire casting and the technicians will be finalized in a week. The film will be a thriller and is based on relationships, which revolve on a family’s sentiments based on terrorism. The movie will be shot in South Africa and the UK and I have planned to release it early next year,” he adds.

Khan also reveals that the scripting of Changez Khan is complete and now the casting and the locations are to be finalized.
