MUMBAI: Even while Farhan Akhtar prepares to direct the sequel of Don, the original film will now be remade in Bhojpuri. While the original Don starred Amitabh Bachchan and Zeenat Aman, Akhtar’s Hindi remake of Don starred Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra.
Ravi Kissen and Nagma have been cast in the Bhojpuri remake of Don. The story of this film will be same as Bachchan’s Don with Ravi Kishan playing Bachchan’s character and Nagma playing Zeenat Aman. Kishan and Nagma will be seen together on screen after four years.
The film is produced by Mehmood Khan and directed by Raj Kumar R Pandey under the banner of Pen N Camera. The movie will go on floors from next month and most of the shoot will be in London.
