MUMBAI: Girish Kulkarni was named the best actor for his performance in the Marathi film "Deeol" at the 59th National Awards announced here Wednesday.
Directed by Umesh Vinayak Kulkarni, "Deeol" focuses on the dilemma of educated youth in villages.
