MUMBAI: Director Rensil D’Silva next will be an action adventure film. The writer – director has locked his second script for Karan Johar’s Dharma Production.
D’Silva, who earlier directed the Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer Kurbaan for Dharma Productions, has completed his script and the movie is slated to go on floors by end 2011 or early 2012.
Businessofcinema.com had earlier reported that D’Silva’s next film would begin shoot by early 2011. However, the film got postponed since he is currently busy working on Johar’s directorial venture, Student of the Year.
Speaking to Businessofcinema.com, D’Silva says, "My script is finally locked and now I’m looking forward to direct it either by the end of this year or early 2012. Currently, I’m working on Karan’s Student of the Year, which is a young film and I am happy with the way the film has shaped. After Rang De Basanti, I’m happy to be working again on a script that deals with the young college crowd."
