Akshay Kumar starrer film Namastey London earned him huge compliments; it was one of Akshay’s most watched films. The Khiladi star is once again all set for teaming up with Vipul Shah for the film Namastey England.
After giving the humongous hit Namastey London which also starred Katrina Kaif in the lead opposite Akshay Kumar, the handsome actor will not only play the lead but will also produce the film. Filmmaker Vipul Amrutlal Shah was heard sharing that the film Namastey England is not a sequel of Namastey London. However there are many similarities between the two films. The base of the film Namastey England will be a love story inspired by a real life tale.
Movie Namastey England will be set in Punjab and England drawing similarities from Namastey London which was set in London and Punjab.
All Akshay Kumar fans will have a reason to smile as Akshay will be seen in a romantic flick after a long time. Reports are that the lead actress opposite the Khiladi star is not yet decided. The film Namastey England will go on floors from next year and is expected to release in the second half of the year 2016.
On the other hand, Akshay is currently busy with his to be released film Brothers which also stars Sidharth Malhotra in the lead along with Jackie Shroff, the leading lady of the film is Jacqueline Fernandez. Akshay will be seen playing a boxer in the film. The look of the film is already generating curiosity, Brothers is an official remake of the Hollywood film Warriors.
