Bombay High Court To Hear Salman Khan’s Travel Plea Today

Salman-Khan-Big-SideBollywood star Salman Khan who is on fresh bail had applied an application seeking permission to travel to Dubai on May 29. The Bombay High court will hear Salman’s travel plea today on May 26.

Salman Khan had applied for travel plea last week and the decision is yet to be heard by single judge vacation bench of the Bombay High court. The actor had moved to High Court after returning back from Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s shooting in Kashmir, seeking permission to fly to Dubai.

Reportedly, Salman Khan has all the liberty to apply for the permission to travel abroad. No such liberty has been taken away from the actor, as he is free to apply for the permission whenever he wants to. The court shall deal with it according to the law rule.

As earlier we reported that according to the reports, Salman Khan had confirmed his attendance to Arab Indo Bollywood awards. The actor will fly to Dubai for the awards show on May 29.

On May 8, Salman Khan was granted on fresh bail after court suspended five years jail sentence in 2002 hit and run case. The actor was convicted under all charges including under Section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code (rash and negligent driving); 279 (rash driving); 337 (causing minor injuries); 338 (causing major injuries) 427 (negligence) in connection with the case. The court had asked Salman to seek for permission every time he goes out of India. The petition for the permission has been taken by the court and is likely to be announced today.

On the work front, Salman Khan has completed his shooting for Kabir Khan’s upcoming film Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The film also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead roles. The first look of the film will be released in a day. The makers of the film are already planning for the big release of the trailer.
