During the shooting of Piku, director Shoojit Sircar’s daughters visited the sets and met the team of the film. This was the moment when one daughter, Piku (played by Deepika Padukone) met another. Piku, a film that revolves around the father and daughter relationship of Deepika, who plays Piku and Amitabh Bachchan, who plays Baba, surely is one special film for the entire team. During the shooting of the film, Shoojit Sircar brought his two lovely daughters on the sets. Piku (Deepika) beautifully got along with the two and was spotted chatting with them for quite some time. Not only that, but Shoojit’s daughters got amazingly along with Baba (Amitabh Bachchan) too.
Piku, which also stars Irrfan Khan, tells an emotional story of a headstrong ideal daughter and her complicated relationship with her dysfunctional father, Amitabh Bachchan. Few days back, Deepika Padukone and Irrfan hosted a special screening of the film for their friends in Btown and every Bollywood celebrity that attended the screening absolutely loved the film.
