Bollywood’s gorgeous actress Deepika Padukone, who was last seen in her hit film ‘Piku’ with Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan Khan, has geared up with her two awaited films of the year, ‘Tamasha’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’.
The actress is garnering all the attention, as she will be seen with ex- beau Ranbir Kapoor in ‘Tamasha’ and with current boyfriend Ranveer Singh in ‘Bajirao Mastani’. From making her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Om Shanti Om’, the actress has given back-to-back hits since she started her Bollywood career.
Deepika who shares a good bond with her ‘Chennai Express’ co-star Shah Rukh Khan, for the first time spoke about her friendship with the actor and much more in an interview recently.
She said, “I have never been intimidated or scared when it comes to him and I give him the credit for it. I am very, very dependent on him now in terms of…(breaks off) You know there are always those few equations in everyone’s lives that you build along the way and you know that you can rely on those people. You can trust them and rely on them to be there if you’re ever stuck or confused about anything in life. He is definitely that person in my life. I think that’s how the relationship has evolved.”
Recently, there were rumours that Shah Rukh Khan was miffed with his ‘Chennai Express’ co-star Deepika Padukone due to the clash of their upcoming films. But the actress who believes to keep her friendship clear with no differences rubbished all the rumours at the event.
Talking on the working equations and much more, Deepika spoke about SRK’s advice that she follows every time. She said, “There are certain things that you learn along the way just by observing people. I remember him telling me, ‘Whatever film you do, make sure you have fun’. This thing has always stayed with me – doing films where I know I’m going to enjoy myself and where I’m going to enjoy working with the people I am working with.”
