Gabbar Is Back actress Shruti Haasan has revealed some secret about how her father superstar Kamal Haasan is sometimes irritated by one of the things she does. Although the father daughter duo share a very good rapport, sometimes you can see they don’t walk together at certain events. And here we let you in on the reason behind it!
During the recent promotional event of her upcoming film, Shruti along with her costars were walking into a five star restaurant where the actress was struggling to walk in her high heel stilettoes. That’s when actor Akshay Kumar and others asked her how tall she is, to which Shruti reminisced one of the funny moments with her dad Kamal and revealed that her father always gets irritated when she looks taller than him!
Shruti Haasan who is already 5 ft 7.5 inches tall usually looks few inches taller due to her high heels. This irritates daddy Haasan when she is walking besides him. So much so that according to Shruti, sometimes he asks her not to walk beside him and to walk from the other side! To think about it, it’s actually pretty adorable! Sister Akshara might not be facing this problem as she’s shorter compared to Shruti.
Shruti will next be seen in Akshay Kumar starrer Gabbar Is Back which releases today that is May 1, along with father Kamal Haasan’s film Uttama Villain. Shruti will soon start working on her next Bollywood flick Welcome Back starring John Abraham and Anil Kapoor amongst others. She has worked in several Bollywood films like D-Day, Luck and Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji.
