Bollywood’s Queen actress Kangana Ranaut was recently a prey of rumours about her starring in Aamir Khan starrer Dangal. The actress stated she was herself amused by the rumours of her having signed the film for the role of Aamir Khan’s daughter.
According to Kangana, she was never offered a role in the movie, let alone signing the film. The actress also added that although she would like working with Aamir Khan some time soon, they are not working together for Dangal. “Dangal was never offered to me. I’d love to work with Mr Khan sometime soon, but we aren’t working on Dangal together,” says the 27-year-old actress.
Kangana Ranaut gained a lot of appreciation from the whole Bollywood industry for her outstanding performance in Queen. The actress also won several awards for best actress. Aamir Khan Mr. Perfectionist himself praised Kangana’s performance in Queen to which she responded by praising Aamir calling him sexier than his nephew Imran Khan.
The film Dangal is a biopic based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. As per the rumours, Kangana Ranaut was signed to play the role of Mahavir Phogat’s daughter Geeta Phogat. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the shoot of Dangal has already begun and actor Aamir Khan has revealed his look from the movie.
Dangal is set to hit the silver screen in 2016 and as of yet, Aamir Khan has no releases in 2015.
