The hot topic of Salman Khan’s Sultan and Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees is nowhere stopping to catch the fire in Bollywood. Salman’s Sultan and SRK’s Raees has become the talk of the town as both the films will clash to release during Eid 2016. Bringing some solution to the massive clash, Raees producer, Ritesh Sidhwani who has geared for the release of his film Bangistan said that makers will find some solution over it.
Recently, during one of the special screenings of Bangistan, Ritesh Sidhwani who was asked about the same said that the shooting of Raees is just 20 days away from the completion; once the shooting is done, we will think about it. He also said, “ There was no intention for the clash, Raees is such movie that needs to be released on Eid. Also shootings of both the films was started at the same time.”
“There is no specific intention to have a clash. Once both the films are done, we will sit and talk. Several films are announced but then the release dates are moved too,” he added.
Also co-producer of Excel entertainment Farhan Akhtar said that this is not the right time to talk about Raees and they will talk at the appropriate time.
As earlier we reported, that Eid time is traditionally seen as time for Salman Khan’s movie, but this time 2016 is booked by Salman’s friend, Shah Rukh Khan as well. Once again both the films are speculated to clash with its releases on the big screen.
Meanwhile, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar have geared up for the release of their upcoming film Bangistan, starring Riteish Deshmukh and Pulkit Samrat in the lead roles. Sri Lankan actress Jacqueline Fernandez will be seen doing cameo in the film. Once again Excel Entertainment team association Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar with Junglee Motion Pictures have produced the film with phenomenal talent and is slated to release tomorrow on August 7, 2015.
Recently during the press meet of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Salman Khan was asked on the same. To which the actor replied very unworriedly. He said, “We feel that if both these films come out on Eid next year, there is enough time to build enough theaters to accommodate both of them, this will only make the industry grown.” He also added saying that; “ there are very few theatres in our country which is not enough. We need at least 20,000 to 25,000 .” The actor also said that the films are bound to clash its normal, films come in and fights for the screens would go on, this is how it works. Yes, Salman Khan is happy with the fact that Shah Rukh Khan and his film will go against each other at the Box Office and says that he loves Shah Rukh Khan a lot, so SRK doesn’t have anything to worry about, since the last time the two went against each other at the Box Office, SRK won. “I don’t know what’s going to happen, but both Raees and Sultan are scheduled as Eid releases. It is perhaps the best thing to happen. People will try to accommodate both the films by building more theatres and lots more screens. There will be more excitement for fans. SRK and I will work much harder and pray that both films will be better. I love Shah Rukh a lot and I don’t think he needs to worry at all because the last time our movies came together he had beaten me. So, even if Sultan and Raees are releasing on the same day, loss mera hi hoga,” Salman Khan said (Click Here To Read More)
On Monday, during a launch event, Shah Rukh Khan was asked about the same. He said, “We have now become friends, so we will do everything together. For you all it is clash, but not for us.
