Actors from our film industry have often come forward to help the society in times of desperate need. They have always proved themselves to be very much a part of the general society when it comes to active participation in reform events or motivating the public about social evils. The first among all our B-town celebrities was Nana Patekar who formed the ‘Naam Foundation’ which is a donation cum relief trust for the farmers. Another big name that had recently surfaced is of our very own Akshay kumar who has vowed to donate a total amount of Rs 90 lakh in order to help the farmers.
Finally, King Khan has arrived and he is making all the effort now to raise funds and help he farmers the most he can from his end. If sources are to be believed, SRK has joined hands with his Ra.One colleague Anubhav Sinha to work on a Live concert. In an interview with the press, Anubhav has mentioned some details regarding the event which stated that the idea behind the concert is to get influential people on board and create more awareness about this problem. Till now they have named the concert as ‘Son Of Soil’. The location of the concert will either be in Delhi or in Mumbai and it highly depends on the amount of sponsorship opportunities.

‘Just tell me where do I have to be and when’, is what SRK replied when he heard about the idea and motive behind the concert. Well, we are really delighted to see the stars and other celebrities come forward with a big heart in order to help the needy farmers in these testing times.
We hope the concert takes place soon and raise a huge collection of money for the farmers.
