Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut’s recent war of words on nepotism led to a huge debate in the industry. It all started after Karan Johar was called the ‘flagbearer of nepotism’ by Kangana Ranaut on Koffee With Karan. After days, Karan Johar hit back to the actress saying that she is playing a victim card. In a strongly worded answer, Karan Johar had said that he is done with Kangana Ranaut playing the ‘victim card and the women card’.
The whole industry had their point of view on the heated topic. However, Karan Johar is now done and dusted with the same topic. At a recent event in Mumbai, Kangana Ranaut’s name was being mentioned. As soon as Karan heard, he reacted saying, “I am going to run out of here”
At the launch of Ustad Amjad Ali Khan’s book ‘Master on Masters,’ Karan shared a funny moment with Suhel Seth.
Reportedly, Seth complimented Karan Johar that he did not look his age, 44. The filmmaker quipped that he was honoured to listen something “polite” from him.
To which, Seth replied, “I don’t believe in politics of hatred. I believe affection has a much more charming virtue.”
Karan Johar wittily added, “I have three words to ask- who are you?”
That’s not all! Before the event started, Karan Johar took a dig at Kangana and introduced himself as “the nepotistic man”.Suhel Seth just said “Kangana” and Karan Johar broke into laughter laughed and added, “Really? Then I am going to run out of here.”
