MUMBAI: The latest buzz in Bollywood suggests that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is poised to end her self-imposed exile from celluloid, and make a full-fledged comeback very soon!
Aishwarya had taken a voluntary sabbatical from B’town, post the birth of her little baby girl Aaradhya Bachchan.
Slammed from all quarters for her post-pregnancy weight-gain, Aishwarya silenced her harshest critics with her fabulous appearance at Cannes Film Festival earlier this year.
With the baby old enough now, Aishwarya has set her sights on the silver screen once again. The actress, who was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’, way back in 2010 opposite Hrithik Roshan, is reportedly keen to return to films this year.
According to sources, Aishwarya has been very keenly reading scripts, to zero in on the perfect comeback vehicle. Her representatives remain tight lipped, but reports suggest that Bollywood’s ace filmmakers Karan Johar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali have approached her for their upcoming projects.
Either ways, it will be a sure-shot treat for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan fans to see the legendary beauty on screen once again.
