Pop legend Madonna is in news once again. This time for her split from her toy-boyfriend Brahim Zaibat, after three years of dating.
Madonna (55) and the twenty five year old dancer first began dating in late 2010, after Zaibat performed with Madonna’s daughter Lourdes at the launch of her Macy’s clothing line. He went on to work as a backup dancer during the singer’s MDNA Word Tour 2012.
Though the couple often kept quiet about their relationship, the two were spotted showing off some PDA back in August 2011, while celebrating the Vogue singer’s birthday in The Hamptons. In May, the pair made their last red carpet appearance together at the Met Gala in NYC.
Brahim has signed up the French version of Dancing With The Stars and the pair’s hectic work schedules are responsible for the split, according to close sources. But, yet, the actual reason is still not clear.
News of the split comes just weeks after Madonna was photographed reuniting with her ex-husband Sean Penn in Haiti to help the J/P Haitian Relief Organization following the area’s 2010 earthquake. Madonna and Sean were married for four years, before their divorce in 1989. If sources are to be believed then Sean and Madonna now want to see each other over Christmas, and Madonna’s even considering getting a place out in Haiti. Friends are joking that they’ll be remarried by this time next year.
