MUMBAI: Parsvnath Developers launched a five-star hotel and multiplex-cum-commercial mall project in Vijalpur, Ahmedabad on Friday, throwing open bookings for commercial space in the property.

According to a company release, the project, being developed with Movietime Cineplex Private Limited, is valued at Rs 2.5 billion (Rs 250 crore) and is spread over a total area of 22,365 sq metres.

New Delhi architect Mohit Gujral has conceptualised the complex that will have around five lakh square feet built-up area, and is expected to be completed and operational within two and a half years.  

The mall will have features and amenities like high-speed advanced lifts, escalators,  parking facility, fire monitoring and control mechanism and CCTV surveillance. The mall will also be housed with brands, food-courts, restaurants and food chains.
