MUMBAI: Producer Kumar Mangat is planning two more films.
According to sources close to the development, Mangat is planning two films, one to be directed by Vishal Bharadwaj and the other by a new director.
Sources inform that television serial maker Rajiv Mehra’s assistant Ashwini Dheer could be the one to wield the megaphone for the second venture. Bharadwaj’s film will be based on the Burma war, while the other one will revolve around present day media.
Mangat, who is also the co-producer of Ajay Devgan’s debut venture, U, Me Aur Hum, was not available for comment. His No Smoking, directed by Anurag Basu, is in the post-production stages. A month-long shooting schedule for Rohit Shetty’s directorial venture, Sunday, has been completed.
