South superstar Kamal Haasan was making headlines recently, which claimed that the actor has been roped in for the remake of Aamir Khan’s blockbuster PK. The actor who is currently busy promoting his upcoming movie denied having given the nod for the film.

In a recent interview Kamal Haasan stated that he hasn’t yet accepted the offer and someone has falsely spread the news. He further added saying that he’d be interested in doing the role only if certain demands of his are met. Kamal Haasan stated, “The producers have only initiated talks. I am in Mauritus on recce for my next film for my own production company. Someone has jumped the gun and has leaked a yet undecided deal.”
Having worked in the remake of Rajkumar Hirani’s Lage Raho Munna Bhai, it wasn’t a surprise when the news of Kamal Haasan starring in the PK remake started to make its rounds. However the actor has certain expectations from this film. “I might do the film only if certain demands of mine are met. Or else, someone definitely will. It is a successful and interesting film. I am sure most actors would be eager to do it,” he said.

PK directed by Raju Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, has went through lots of controversies post and also during pre release. Though surrounded through controversies the film turned out to be one of the biggest grossing films of Bollywood industry. Meanwhile, Haasan has currently done the release of his Tamil films Uttama Villain and Papanasam.
