MUMBAI: Oracle announced that Sun Direct Pvt Ltd has implemented Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management to provide real-time, billing for the company’s next generation Direct-to-Home (DTH) services.
Sun Direct selected Oracle based on its convergent multi-service capabilities and proven real-time scalability allowing it to consolidate billing operations, enable powerful new service offerings and improve visibility into customer information across services. Sun Direct worked with Siemens Information Systems Limited (SISL), a member of the Oracle Partner Network, to complete the implementation.
