Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan few days ago revealed giving her reason why she walked out of Karan Johar’ much talked film Shuddhi. The actress yesterday at the trailer launch of Bajrangi Bhaijaan was asked again about same and not just Kareena the same question went on to Salman Khan who was earlier part of the film as a lead actor.
There have been many speculations for casting of Karan Johar’s much-talked film Shuddhi but ultimately actors Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan bagged the lead roles for the film directed by Shakun Batra.
Earlier, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Hrithik Roshan were approached for the lead roles but both the actors rejected it one after other. The actress left Karan Johar’s Shuddhi because of Hrithik Roshan. She said, “When Hrithik didn’t do the film, I don’t think it just made sense.”

After Kareena and Hrithik rejected to work in Shuddhi, soon Salman Khan was approached for the same role but recently even Salman had to move out of the film due to his prior commitments. The role then landed into Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt’s kitty.
Yesterday, during the trailer launch of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Salman Khan also asked Kareena why she was out of Shuddhi. To which she replied that because Hrithik wasn’t part of it. The duo than realized that if they would have not walked out of the film it would have been their next movie together after Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
It seems, Salman Khan showed some regretting reaction for not being part of Karan Johar’s film. It was Salman Khan who first took to his twitter account Salman Khan congratulating Badlapur actor Varun Dhawan saying, “Kamaal karte ho Varun Dhawan…made ur dad n me so proud of u… happy Shhuddhi,” He also posted adorable picture of Varun alongside.
