The perfectionist of the Bollywood industry Aamir Khan recently suffered from an injury while shooting for his film ‘Dangal’. The actor, who believes in getting into the shoes of the character by breaking all norms, injured his muscle while shooting for a particular sequence in the film. According to reports, Aamir was shooting for an action scene which required loads of extra takes.
The mind blowing actor has gained weight for the film ‘Dangal’ where he will be seen in the role of a wrestler. The film ‘Dangal’ is inspired by the life of a Haryana based wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. In order to look realistic and resembling Aamir has gained extra kilos avoiding the health hazards.

The shooting of the film is currently taking place in Punjab. The shooting schedule had already completed its 40 days and the scheduled was supposed to be wrapped in approximately three weeks. Aamir who has been working out constantly is also facing health hazards due to his constant shifting of weight.

The news of Aamir’s injury on the sets of the film spread like wild fire. Calming everyone down, Aamir Khan took to the micro blogging site Twitter and tweeted, “Hey guys its not such a major injury. My back muscle has gone into a spasm. A week of rest and I will be back on shoot.”
The actor will be back on the sets of the film in a week. Reports suggest that the doctors have advised the superstar not to travel a lot and have also urged complete bed rest. The shooting for the movie is currently on standstill and is expected to resume once Aamir has recovered from the injury.

The film ‘Dangal’ is being directed by Nitesh Tiwari and the movie will also feature some new faces apart from Aamir Khan.
