Mumbai: The 7th Third Eye Asian Film Festival will take place in Mumbai this year from 17 to 23 October at Fun Cinemas, Andheri.
The seven-day festival will give a chance to cine fans to see movies from Korea, China, Iran, India, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka and Japan. Movies by renowned directors like Shyam Benegal, Youssef Shahine, Keisuke Kinoshita, Anjan Das, Dan Wolman and Chan-sang Lim will be screened.
Fun Cinemas senior vice president marketing Shirish Handa said, "Over the past couple of years, the patronage for World Cinema has seen an exponential growth. It is a matter of pride for Fun Cinemas to screen these Asian movies. This year’s Festival includes flavors of, drama, adventure, fantasy and suspense. We have made sure that we cater to every mood and preference."
The Third Eye Asian Film Festival will showcase five great movies everyday from morning to evening. The movies will also have sub-titles in English, confirmed Handa.
