MUMBAI: UK-based online video service BlinkBox has inked digital deals with Hollywood studios 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros and Sony Pictures TV International (SPTI).
The deal will see BlinkBox bringing the studios’ TV series such as Starsky & Hutch, Gossip Girl and Bewitched and movies like Taxi Driver and Snatch being added to the service.
Warner Bros’ shows like Smallville, Friends, Big Bang Theory and Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles will be available on BlinkBox a day after their television airing.
BlinkBox had earlier inked similar deals with Paramount Pictures and Universal.
Sony Pictures TV shows like TJ Hooker and I Dream of Jeannie and 20th Century Fox’s new films like Juno, Moulin Rouge, Jumper, Fantastic Four, Ice Age and What Happens In Vegas will hop onto BlinkBox.
