Bollywood to have a World Premiere at the Cannes Film Festival!

India is the Country of Honor at the 75th Cannes Film Festival, which will take place between May 17 to 25. Deepika Padukone is invited to be a part of the jury at this event. Adding to the focus and excitement is R Madhavan’s project about the life events of former ISRO aerospace engineer Nambi Narayanan. 

The trailer showcases a man who has patriotism and love for his country running through his veins, and he does not settle for mediocrity. He is ready to beg, steal or borrow knowledge from other nations to bring India’s space science to another level. But this true patriot is falsely accused of espionage and gets labelled a traitor.

Sharing the great news on his Instagram, the actor poster of the movie with the caption, “ROCKETRY WORLD PREMIERE AT CANNES. May 19 th 9 pm. Did not imagine this when we began this journey. The only objective was to tell the story of Shri Nambi Narayanan… that desire has brought us a long way with all your blessings and the grace of God. Pls pray for us.”

This movie is R Madhavan’s first project as a director. He has also produced the film. We will see the actor playing the lead role and sharing the screen with Simran, Rajit Kapur, Ravi Raghavendra, Misha Ghoshal, Shyam Renganathan, Muralidaran and Karthik Kumar. Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and renowned actor Suriya also have a cameo in the movie. Shah Rukh Khan will be appearing in the Hindi and English versions, while Suriya will be present in the South Indian versions.

On May 19, the film will have its world premiere at Cannes. The film will be released in India on July 1 and will be available in six languages: Tamil, Hindi, English, Kannada,  Malayalam, and Telugu.
