Rajnikanth & Aishwarya Rai starrer Endhiran grosses Rs. 61 crores overseas

MUMBAI: Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Rai starrer Endhiran has grossed Rs. 61 crores overseas.

Endhiran is directed by Shanker. The film has been made in Hindi called Robot and Tamil and Telugu called Endhiran. The film has received enormous success overseas with the film grossing Rs. 20 crores in the United States of America, Rs. 8 crores in the United Kingdom (Including Europe), Rs. 7 crores in the Middle East, Rs. 21 crores in South East Asia (including Malaysia and Singapore) and Rs. 5 crores in the rest of the world.

This film has been released by Ayngaran International, which is a 51% subsidiary of Eros International and is the pioneer in Tamil film distribution in theatrical and home video formats in the international market.
