MUMBAI: Actress Preity Zinta  who is originally from Himachal Pradesh will soon be promoting her home town as its brand ambassador.

Zinta has been appointed as the brand ambassador  to promoting tourism for Himachal Pradesh. She has even agreed to work for environment awareness in the state.

Himachal Pradesh Tourism and Civil Aviation director Arun Sharma recently met Zinta in Mumbai to get her consent to support the state by becoming its brand ambassador.
