MUMBAI: Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra wants to release his already released film Delhi-6 with his original version.

Delhi 6 which was released on 20 February,2009, starring Abhishek Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor in the lead is a story of a young American boy Roshan, who comes to India for the first time, to drop his ailing grandmother. It’s a story about about love, hope and self-discovery set in the walled city of Delhi, it is a film about religious intolerance and politics in it. In this released version unite in the lead pair uniting in the end.
 

In the original version of the film, the actor Abhishek Bachchan dies unlike the version that was released in 2009.Mehra wants to re-release the film to drive his point clear to the public.
