MUMBAI: In a tribute to the late Mani Kaul, the 68th Venice International Film Festival will screen the restored version of his film Duvidha. The print of the film is currently being restored by the National Film Development Corporation India (NFDC).
Kaul, who passed away on 6 July, 2011 won a National Award for Best Director for Duvidha.
The film will be screened in ‘Orizzonti’ section that presents features of renowned masters as well as new discoveries.
The festival will take place from 31 August to 10 September.
