Fat Boy Slim to perform in India

MUMBAI: British DJ Norman Quentin, popularly known as Fat Boy Slim, is set to for his maiden India tour. The musician is happy to know that there is a huge demand for his kind of music in the country and promises a unique show for his fans.

"It’s amazing to know that a culturally enriched country like India is opening up to different genres of music and am very happy to learn that there is such a huge demand for my kind of music," he said in a press statement.

It’s not only the Hollywood stars who are eying India, but the musicians across the globe are also hitting the country to perform frequently. Before Fat Boy Slim, DJ David Guetta wowed music lovers with his performance.

Fat Boy Slim, who has hits like "Right here right now", "Brimful of Asha", "That Old pair of jeans" and "The Rockafeller Skank" will start his music tour from May 4.

Talking about his India tour, he said: "This is going to be my very first time in India and am looking forward to meeting like-minded people from the music industry. It will be amazing to experience the country’s culture and put on an energetic show that will give audiences a feeling they have never experienced before."
