Earlier, Shubhangi Atre had been reported to leave the serial Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai.
Lately reports were doing the rounds of media that Shubhangi Atre is going to leave the daily soap, which she is currently a part of. The actress plays the role of Angoori Bhabhi in the TV serial Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai.
It was reported that the young actress is planning to quit her show for joining politics. But now it seems that all such reports were false as the actress herself has rubbished them. According to Shubhangi, she is not leaving the comedy serial. She also explains the reason of such rumours, bringing out the possibilities.
“I’m not quitting my show. I really don’t know from where these baseless rumours are coming from. People had spotted me at some political event and even the ongoing track in the show is about me standing in an election. So maybe rumours are coming from there,” said Shubhangi in a statement.
She also added on saying, “I’m enjoying playing the character and entertaining my fans.”
It was last year in May that the young actress had replaced Shilpa Shinde on Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai. Shilpa is currently a contestant in the controversial TV reality show Bigg Boss 11. Shubhangi is also very good friends with Vikas Gupta who was the Programming Head of &TV. Vikas is also a part of the reality show.
Recently, when Shubhangi was asked as to what she feels about their performance on the popular show, she had given a reaction. She had said that she finds Shilpa entertaining and holds nothing against her. She had also mentioned that she supports Vikas as he is her good friend.
