Mumbai: The flagship channel of the INX Network 9X is now available on direct-to-home service provider Dishtv.
INX Media founder and CEO Indrani Mukerjea said, "I am delighted to announce that our popular Hindi GEC, 9X, is now available on Dishtv. 9X has reached Dishtv viewers in time for the launch of two of our biggest shows, Lux Kaun Jeetega Bollywood Ka Ticket which starts from 6 July, and Kahaani Hamaaray Mahabhaarat Ki, which starts a day after on 7 July."

9X is available on LCN No. 113 on Dishtv. Its entry into the Dishtv’s 3.4 m subscriber base will further increase the reach of 9X which has had the most successful TV channel launch in the recent past. Among GECs launched in 2007-08, 9X is the only channel to have achieved an unprecedented and consistent growth since its launch seven months ago, and has reached a high of 76 million viewers in a single week. The channel’s steady growth in ratings and its excellent performance is being seen as a milestone on the channel’s road to industry leadership.
With 9X now available to dishtv subscribers, all three channels of the INX Network – India’s Number One Music Entertainment Channel 9XM and NewsX, India’s first HDTV-ready premier English News Channel – are available on the dishtv platform. With this, dishtv channel offering has now crossed the 200 mark – unbeatable on any platform in the country today – be it cable, DTH or CAS. This also includes 21 digital radio channels & 8 services.
