MUMBAI: The release date of Onir and Sanjay Suri’s I AM has been pushed from 22 April to 29 April.
I AM is a tale of four stories woven together that takes audiences through issues and dilemmas that bruise the modern Indian society. The film unfolds many a tale of individuals struggling to find their identity, and uphold their dignity in a world that is callous, cold and unsympathetic.
The film has music by three different music directors including Amit Trivedi and stars Rahul Bose, Sanjay Suri, Juhi Chawla, Manisha Koirala, Nandita Das, Abhimanyu Singh and Purab Kohli amongst others. The film will also mark the acting debuts of directors Anurag Kashyap and Anurag Basu.
I AM is the first crowd sourced mainstream Hindi film and is co-produced by over 400 people from 35 cities across the world.
