9X’s Mission Ustaad hits airwaves on 1 December

MUMBAI: INX Media Pvt Ltd., Founder and Group Executive Director, Indrani Mukherjee is gung ho about their latest show, Mission Ustaad which is slated to telecast on it’s newly launched Hindi GEC, 9X from 1 December.


 


The crux of Mission Ustaad is to create awareness about the UN Millenium Development Goals (MSGs) across the country and will be judged by A.R.Rahman, Javed Akhtar and Lara Dutta, who is also the UN representative.


 


This show which revolves around celebrity singers is not restricted to who’s the best singer on board, but is to send out a message through their singing. The four singer jodis zeroed in are are Roop Kumar and Sonali Rathod, Naresh Iyer and Shweta Pandit, Kailash Kher and Mahalaxmi Iyer, Vasundhara Das and Mohit Chauhan.

Mission Ustaad will air on Fridays and Saturdays, at 9 pm.
