A smooth sail from Television to Films

Mumbai: Rajeev Khandelwal, known for his versatility and choice of scripts has been successful in naturally progressing from Television to Films. He has proven himself successful not only on television and film screens but also as a host for the eye opening show Sach Ka Saamna.

 

Praised for a variety of powerful roles in Kahin to Hoga and Left Right Left, his first movie Aamir came to him on its own. “ Many had refused to sign the film because there was no hero as such, no woman and no songs. I loved the script and said yes to it within a span of three hours,” said Rajeev.

 

Confessing that it has been a very smooth sail for him he hopes that his movies Shaitan and Soundtrack would also achieve awards. Talking about his upcoming film, he said, “it’s about an obsessed love story which steps into the supernatural. Raima Sen and Veer Das are also part of the film” he says.

 

He is currently hosting Nat Geo Super Cars for National Geographic.
