MUMBAI: Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision’s Fraud, which had been kept on the back burner for a while, is finally gaining momentum.
The film, to be directed by Abbas-Mustan, will feature Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan, Bipasha Basu and Tanushree Dutta, it is learnt.
While Ashtavinayak chief executive officer Denis Selarka, and production head Dhawal Jethania were unavailable for comment, a source in the production house confirms the development, “Fraud was supposed to commence shooting much earlier. The whole schedule for the film was worked out in London. Due to Dutt’s ongoing court case, the film could not take off.”
The shooting of the film will now be done in Mumbai from next month, it is learnt.
