MUMBAI: Digital Vision, the supplier of picture enhancement systems for film and television post-production, has appointed Indian technology reseller Real Image Media Technologies, to sell, support and distribute its full range of products.
This exclusive arrangement will expand Digital Vision’s market in this important region and build upon its current relationships with Indian post production facilities EFX, Filmlab and Shemaroo.
With a network of offices and training centres in India, Real Image was instrumental in the introduction of digital non-linear editing with Avid and digital cinema sound, through DTS, in India, and has a reputation for partnering with the most innovative products and companies.
Real Image chief marketing officer Raja Enok comments; "We believe Digital Vision has great products that are powerful for DI and restoration that enhance and facilitate this workflow. Digital Vision products will fill a certain niche and satisfy a pressing need of the Indian film industry."
